Total Delivery Time for Your Order

The total delivery time for your E-Z Dolley order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it: the processing time and the shipping time together.

Processing Time for an E-Z Dolley order is the time from when you submit your order to approval to when your order leaves our warehouse. Processing time is 24 hours to 2 days.

Shipping Time is from when your E-Z Dolley order leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at your door or when it arrives at your pickup location. See shipping times for the shipping option chosen during checkout.

                            Dolley Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from us. If a product purchased at E-Z-Dolley LLC does not meet your expectations you may return it with original receipt within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We will not accept any returns without a receipt. Returned products must be in new condition, be in original packaging and include all original parts. Within 30 days, products may be returned to our Returns Processing Center. Before returning a product to our Returns Processing Center please call 1.888.393.6554 for a return authorization and shipping instructions. Our hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.

Important: Any product that has been misused or shows any signs of extensive use, may not be returned or exchanged. This includes but is not limited to products that: have missing pieces or parts, or weather damage from extended outdoor exposure, or not maintained per manufacturer's weight limits.

All returns will be picked up and shipped via UPS. Shipping and handling charges must be prepaid by customer. We will not accept COD returns.

Returning a product to our Returns Processing Center that is not in resalable condition and/or without a return merchandise authorization risks forfeiture of product. E-Z-Dolley LLC reserves the right to modify it's return and exchange policies.
